Two new Western film projects are currently in development, one is fictional, while the other is inspired by true events from the mid-19th century Western frontier. These new films aim to bring the spirit of the era vividly to life, following the remarkable journeys of strong-willed women who were determined to live by their own rules, in a time when independence often came at great cost. Through authentic historical storytelling and strong characters, these upcoming films seek to capture the grit, determination, and untamed atmosphere that defined the Western frontier.
WESTERN NOVELS

All stories are written by writer, producer, director C. Rivington. These books draw from real historical figures and moments from the 19th-century Old West, blending meticulous research with vivid storytelling. Several of these novels are also literary adaptations of films produced by Buttercup Film Productions, expanding those cinematic stories into richly detailed narratives for readers who enjoy authentic frontier history, adventure, and strong characters shaped by the rugged world they lived in
